were there no skiers there for him to follow in? I could tell just by looking at the speed he had that he was going to land in the gucci plateau. I can't believe he didn't ditch the bike either, just froze in the "oh fuck" position until impact, haha.

false. he didnt pop at all. he just rode off the jump. look at the position hes in right after he leaves the jump.

i could eyeball the takoff and landing slope angles and tell you he was either going to derek spong or simon dumont tbc, take off should have been about 10 degrees steeper, and they should have had a radar gun/someone who didnt fail physics building the jump. theres alot of people in the world that didnt fail physics....why not use them....

Nobody uses trig to build jumps. Give up. Both those jumps that you mentioned were fine anyways, dumont and spong both fucked up and got their speed completely wrong. Other people hit the jump that spong got owned on and didn't have problems.
If he had gone like 30% slower I bet he would have been fine.

I would think that with your (obviously) experienced and discerning eye that you could see that the jump was just fine but the rider was going mach 10 and antipopped off the lip. If he was going slower and popped normally he would have been just fine.

As previously stated, there was nothing wrong with the jumps dudemont and spong hit, it was only a factor of speed.

why don't you go "eyeball" some more hardcore M/M action.
