Tom Wallisch will lose to Pastrana in ESPN bracket!

So pretty much we can all see it coming. Tom will move on as well as Travis to the championship round. Travis being so widely known as he is will receive a TON of votes and all the bandwagon people who don't know anything about action sports will vote his way, resulting in Wallisch losing. I say we put Travis out now whiles hes against Danny Way to ensure Tom Wallisch isn't against him and wins, representing freeskiing. VOTE FOR DANNY WAY HERE NOW!

Dude broke his leg, pushed his bike off himself, got up and walked (well limped) off the dirt..then drove a car very fast around tight corners...he's a fucking pimp.

That being said, I don't know what the outcome of this will be...honestly, no one (other than the ski industry) seems to be even acknowledging this bracket (Travis hasn't even said anything about it himself), and you can't even find the bracket on ESPN's Action Sports page directly...you never know...but Travis will probably win.

I agree. also, just because this is a skier's website doesn't mean we don't know or like other athletes/sports. IMO travis has pushed the sport of motocross, supercross, and rally car beyond their limits. not to mention all the crazy stuff he has done in Nitro Circus. Wallisch is a rediculously good skier, maybe the best, but as an overall athlete he doesn't quite match up to travis.

sage or candide would have been a better match up to go against travis, travis is ridiculously all rounded, and toms just a park skier, who doesnt even ski pipe, let alone big mountain

I am still going to vote for Tom. Freeskiing is still an unbelievably unrecognized sport and there are still people who think only snowboarders do trick, so having a skier win on an ESPN poll would be pretty cool for us.

Yeah, if you look at the vote counts, right now at least there's like 1,400 in the skiing one, and only 1,000 in the danny way vs. pastrana one.

So it would be very easy for the ski voters to overthrow pastrana.
