How to come back on axis with a cork 7

Alright I know how to throw one, I just dont know how to get back on axis after i'm off.

You don't really consciously come back on axis. If you know how to throw one and you set it correctly your rotation will bring you back without any work on your part.

try a tail grab, or any grab that brings your feet back. either that or throw flippier.

u have to tuck backwards and grab ur legs or do a safety grab and u should come back on axis

if its corked you should just spin back on axis. work on it on a tramp
