I still like to straight line out as well, how will mounting +1 affect stability at speed?

1 cm either direction isn't going to be a huge difference. everyone likes to ski differently so do what you think fits your skiing style. in my experience with remounting skis it you only notice the difference for a few hours of skiing, i wouldn't stress over it too much

Axail2 to marker royal family sounds like definite +1/-1 no chance of mounting at recommended with markers?

idk if you will have to or not i don't know the screw pattern. go to your local shop and get em set up

I doubt you would even notice 1 cm either way.

How big are you? And do you go switch?

I usually mount those skis back -2cm when I ski them as I just don't like having that much tail (usual ski is a 191cm BG mounted -9cm). You lose a slight bit of playfulness and they aren't as good going switch, but they have better stability, float, and you can drive the tips more.

BUT a lot of our team guys go +1 to +2 from the mark and they prefer it there. You will lose a touch of stability and float, but they will get slightly more carvy and playful.

So just depends what type of skier you are are. 1cm isn't going to be drastically different, but you will notice it. Just go whichever way seems to suit you better.

I wanted to be as close to reccomended as possible it was a choice between -0.5 or +1, mounted at -0.5

That would have been my choice.
