alright, didn't read all the previous comments, just skimmed page 1
its important to know about Kony and the atrocities he's comitted, but activism isn't just spreading movie trailer links and suggesting people check out the website. for 20 years, kony's been rounding up children and using them as a private army and enslaving/ executing villages all over the region.
The UN sent a couple "investigators" and Kony "agreed" to stop... and big surprise, he didn't. I'm gonna be honest I haven't watched this particular video but I've been keeping relatively updated on this for the past four years... not much has progressed.
Help isn't just donations, send letters to important people, ie. representatives/ congressmen, known philanthropists, etc. At my old school, there were several programs teamed up with Invisible Children to do things like this, all it take is a few minutes and a stamp. I've done it myself a few times, and I admit, I'm not exactly active on this subject, but every word may help convince people with power to actually notice his crimes and do something appropriate about it.
