Now, I ask you NS, other than the obvious maintenance problems why haven't we done this? I understand it would be an immense undertaking, but think if the government assign individual quadrants to multiple companies. They would profit immensely and solve the Co2 shit we got going on.
I also asked my teacher if it is so obvious, why hasn't it been done. She really didn't seem to know the answer, but nonetheless gave me the stock answer that it is too big of a project.
