in my dorm room at school i had one of those shitty magnetic boards and my friends and i played religiously. but on the first day i had it at school we lost one of the darts, and multiple times lead like hour long searches looking EVERYWHERE for this stupid little dart. it became a kind of inside joke since it was such a silly but significant frustration, knowing that the dart was somewhere just under our noses. then today i am in my kitchen at home since i took the semester off, and i see the dart stuck to the back of the microwave. i asked my mom and she said that dart was there since the beginning of the semester, and somehow my friends and i didnt even realize that we only had 5 darts at school to begin with.

Better game
Take a wad of money, have one person throw it up in the air, then everyone throws darts at the money, if they stick the money, they get to keep it, and keep rotating the people that throw it up
Do it while drinking for an added bonus
I invented this game, and got some sick wounds from it, but made like 14 dollars
