just read that in Skiing mag. finally a law is passed that doesn't benefit idiots. i'm going to make multiple copies of that article just so i can shove it down every stupid gaper parent's throat who thinks their 4 year old should be hitting the 40 foot tabletop.

If someone messes themselves up on a ski hill it's their own responsibilty. Unless you racing down the hill at mach chicken and run over some old granny. Then it's kinda your fault.
