Check the Sand For WMD

Everyone is wondering where the WMDs could be. Could they have been destroyed? Possibly. Could they now be in another nation such as Syria? Possibly. Could an Iraqi insurgent be hiding them some where? Possibly.

But what about buried in the sand?

Plane Buried In Iraqi Dessert

Saddam's regime had buried this plane among other things in the sands of Iraq. Why? Well, that's beyond me. But if Saddam can bury an entire MIG in the sand, then imagine how easy it would be to bury a chemical warhead that is not even 1/20 the size of the plane. Maybe one day the winds will shift in the right direction or the right informant will step forward. But we will never know for sure, all we will know is that Saddam had used them in the past and had the technology to develop them. We also know he had a few tons of 'yellow-cake' uranium (highly useful for the production of nuclear weapons).

I was saying that the other day arguing with someone about where the WMD are? Maybe there are there maybe they arn't but if they dont want us to find them they won't. Hell imagine the government told me they needed to hide some stuff in my backyard they dug a big hole stuffed some nukes in it and covered it up. Russia invades the U.S are they ever going to dig in my backyard? I know its hypothetical and kinda stupid but they could be buried any random place.

remember when you were little and you'd always lose toy cars and stuff in the sandbox. Well imagine that sandbox a few million times bigger. It's possible they're still there. It seems like someone would have come forward or said something to the wrong person by now though.

HAHAHa yes im sure they did have bad ntellience reports but ehat i find interesting is that 2 other respected countries and the UN also at the same time said their intelligence supported the threory that Sadam had WMD. So how can 4 superpowers all make the same mistake. I just think that with the 6 months we spent dickin around with so called weaopn inspectors they had plenty of time to ditch them all!

Alright, since I seem to be confusing people.... I will try to say it one more time.
-Iraq and Saddam HAD WMD in the past.
-we know this.
-they were forced to get rid of them
-UN started inspections to keep an eye on them
-The US thought they had WMDs still, while the UN wanted to inspect some suspicious places, Iraq wouldn't let them. The US decided that enough was enough.
-the US and bush admin claimed to have intellegence that showed WMDs.

SINCE THEN....
-bush has admited that their was faulty intellegence and the intel they had about WMDs was WRONG.
-All recent US and world reports have said there are NOT WMDs anymore.

What else do you need to hear? the fucking world knows there are none. hell, even our government who went to war over them admits there are none. seriously, get over it.

except for its a fact that you can never prove a universal positive or universal negative. you can never really say that they dont have them. you can say probably dont, but never dont. you can prove wether they have emthough, just not wether dont have em. also, if they buried in the sand of some desert, how can anyone prove they do or dont, if noone's talking, bith sides are left to mere speculation

Oh yeah i remember reading somewhere that he did buy a ton of stuff that all were for making WMD's. but i think they found out he used the stuff he bought for other things. he definatly had bombs and shit back in the 80's though, when we sold them to him.

Speaking of that yellow cake uranium from Nigeria Saddam was supposed to have, the head of a a CIA directed mission to investigate concluded the following 'I have little choice but to conclude that some of the intelligence related to Iraq's nuclear weapons program was twisted to exaggerate the threat'. He submitted this to the CIA and it was ignored. The whole thing wasn't even well executed: the nigerian foreign minister who supposedly signed documents involved in the case not only was no longer in power, but hadn't been for over 10 years.

Unless you're referring to a DIFFERENT bunch of uranium of which I'm not aware, I'm afraid what you're saying here isn't exactly an accepted fact.

500 Tons of Uranium Found In Iraq Nuclear Weapons Development Center

Uranium Found in Iraq


These are stories that did not receive much airtime from the media. There is also an article floating around out there (I will try and track it down) about chemicals used for warfare found in a truck in Syria. This truck happens to match the description of trucks seen leaving Iraq and entering Syria (by satellite) that were believed to be carrying chemical warfare materials.

We did have bad Intel...bottom line. This whole thing became such a tangled web that it is impossible to track. And clearly the Bush administration has said things about this uranium (Powell was quoted in an article), the media just refuses to acknowledge these facts. People say there is no liberal bias, but how else do you explain stories like these remaining largely ignored?

So what about the Yellowcake uranium they found in the past year while in Iraq you frickin moron. Scroll up a little and click on my links. Also try reading the 9/11 commission. It goes into detail about how Clinton/Kerry buddy Joe Wilson actually spun what really happened in Nigeria. They found YELLOWCAKE IN IRAQ. Did they find any weapons yet? No. But they found YELLOWCAKE IN IRAQ. Bush didn't hide it, the press just chose not to give it major coverage.

If Bush lied, so did 88 US Senators (including Kerry and Edwards), the entire former Clinton administration, Tony Blair, and approximately 30-35 other nations (the coalition). All of these people have previously stated that they viewed Saddam Hussein as a threat with WMD who needed to be removed from power as soon as possible.

And guess what? The UN was pocketing more money than was advocated from the Iraq Oil-for-Food program because Saddam wanted to keep them at bay. So who do you think gave Saddam a nice little warning that the US and the UK were pissed at him? Hmmm...the UN maybe?

We will see who is laughing when your extremely ailing Healthcare system finally hits rock bottom. That thing is getting more and more expensive by the day. Canadian Emergency Rooms are becoming overcrowded, the death rate on heart attacks is now higher in Canada than the US (percentage wise), and Doctors can't afford good medicines/proper supplies due to your Healthcare system which is jacking up your taxes. The toilet has been flushed and the Healthcare system is inches from going down the drain. Have fun.
