There are a ton of topics you can do it on, if you want something related to Egypt then look at the Exodus and the ten plagues, from both a biblical viewpoint and a scientific viewpoint.

I see you got your answers, I have a question of my own on a medieval history paper I have to write-
the topic
Pick 2 illustrations (art, architecture, painting, map, etc) which you perceive to be similar in theme, then pick 2 that contrast against the first 2. 
soooo much respect and karma to whoever can give me some examples/illustrations, it would mean a lot, this course is a bitch.
