Headaches

Whenever I ski, and I crash, which happens a lot, I get gnarly headaches each time, I mean I never hit my head, nor was there any whiplash, so does anyone have any ideas how to prevent them from happening? Other than not crashing, cause thats unavoidable.

In my professional opinion, it may have something to do with you touching yourself at night.

you could see a neurologist for this...

In addition to doing this I would suggest you try skiing with a mouthguard.  I played hockey and lacrosse in high school and I know that a main reason why you wear a mouthguard is not to protect your teeth but rather because they prevent concussions.  So I think its definitely worth it to try out a mouthguard and see if it helps

same thing happens to me i just tale advil BEFORE i ski and I'm fine

I think so, I always try to drink water, but I always have trouble retaining any water for very long,
