I have done 2 separate ones on 3 different occasions and failed them. One was a 5 pound burger and three pounds of fries in half an hour and the other was a two pound burger and 4 pounds of fries. Both times it was the fries that got me. Speed is your friend though. Also dont eat but drink tons of water. That way you are hungry but your stomach doesnt shrink. stop drinking water about an hour or two before you compete so it gets out of your system.
