Armada Warranty experiences

Has anyone dealt with the armada warranty/customer services dept.?

I've left a couple voicemail's and a email last week so I'm hoping I hear back soon... Anyone know how long it takes?

i'm guessing they're busy with SIA and such.

but did you bring your skis to the shop you bought them from? typically you have to go through your shop with any warranty claim. they're were very helpful to me and had a replacement pair lined up in no time.

i sent them an email on the 20th and they have yet to respond. i fired another one off today so hopefully i hear back from them soon

seriously, bring them back to the shop you bought them at.

do you think companies wanna deal with kids bitching about their skis? or a shop who can do a preliminary check on them?

I got an armada Jacket off of evo in August, it's had two week of use and the chest pockets already got a whole in it, only problem is I live in europe and well I got off evo so I can't take it back to them should I go straight to armada?

i warrantied a pair of alpha 1's last year through my shop and i had no problems. not sure how it'll be dealing directly through them

I sent a pair in through a local shop just before Christmas, still haven't heard anything back.. Not the best imo, heard plenty of other bad stories and have seen more Armada skis break than anything else. Only ski from them that seems good is the AR7

Do a live customer chat on Evo. They will contact Armada. Armada will take Evo much more seriously than you.
