one of those tricks that looks way cooler than it is hard cos the movements quite instinctive
get real low ( pretty much sitting), stick your hand out so it's dragging already just before take off and chuck the rest of your body round. You will go horizontal but it's not too hard to get your feet back down.
start small - spines, small kickers (without gaps obv) and just go for it and get used to it. They're so fun!
