i'm doing triangular numbers and one of my research subjects is "why is 33 the biggest number that cannot be expressed under the sum of disticnt triangular numbers?" the other numbers (that cannot be expressed...) are 2, 5, 8, 12, 23 and well 33. formula for all triangular numbers is n(n+1)/2.
IF ANYONE HAS AN IDEA OF WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT i need to explain why this number is the biggest. i've proven that all numbers bigger than this one can be cut up so i need help to figure this out. BIG +K if anyone can find this
PS: i have a few leads but not enough time to right them down right now, but if anyone needs them just ask away and i'll do my best to anser.
