I have bought 500$+ of shit from them before, with no problems. I bought some skis+bindings on the December 26th, and they didn't try to process the order until January 4th. On that day, they informed me that my binding of choice was out of stock. I gave them an alternate, and they never replied. I sent them another email a a day later, and they finally replied. When they asked how I wanted them mounted, I gave them all the required info, and then 2 days later, they ask me again, so I re-gave them all the info, and I'm still waiting. I was supposed to have them by the 4th, (when I took a park trip to BC), but I had a lack of park skis, so I had to cancel. I usually get great service, but they are shitting the sheets at the moment.
Anyone else have the same problem?
How long do they usually take to ship skis?
