exercise a lot and listen to your therapist. i blew both knees last year and in a wheel chair for three months. had to wait a whole year to get back on the planks. work out a lot, stretch, exercise and eat healthy so you can get back out on the skis asap! if you have any questions on this type of stuff, pm me. i know a lot of stuff that will help your recovery go faster and smoother!

well obviously fapping may be a problem if you arent ambidextrous. And video games without a good thumb is hard. I don't know what to tell you.
