Which is better: Pretzel or Blindside 270 out?

So I was wondering, if I was in a competition and I wanted to do a 270 out? Or a 450? Which one would be considered the "better trick"? Pretzel or Blindside? Or are they just as good as eachother?

Pretzel: FS or BS 270 on or 180 Now your spin off the box/rail or etc. has to be opposite of what you spun so if I spun FS I would have to spin BS 270 or 180 off, and vice versa.

Switch up: When you change your stance on a box/rail. By doing a 180 or a 90. So say if I was sliding a rail left foot forward, I would hop and spin FS or BS and land right foot forward.

Swap: Is this just a surface swap? When you don't hop when you do a switch up.

if ur natural way to spin is turning to ur left then blinds r easier and same for FS
