Go Pro HD conversion

i currently have a go pro HD and was trying to import my footage to Windows movie maker, it said it does not support the file type, can anybody help me covert it?

download mpeg streamclip and then open all your gopro files with that first, then convert them to a .mov which will work with windows movie maker and then you can import and edit. for the settings export the file at 100% quality and leave everything else as is

but it like wont let me convert its greyed out on convert and i have all the clips there

like you cant see the clip in the mpeg streamclip window? you should be able to watch it and play it back in there
