Looks like the ski has hit a rail really hard side-on. Going by the crumpling of the base you've probably smashed the sidewall in, crushed the core a little and caused a bit of localised delamination at that spot, from the pressure. If you put a flat bar across it I bet the ski will be quite a bit thicker on the smashed side.
A good shop could repair it well enough to ski on, probably just by pumping it with epoxy then clamping it, but it's not going to last long.
