Hey, im just wondering what people use to convert mp4's from go pros into some format that can be edited. By the way im using windows movie maker

Don't use moviemaker it's like shit covered in horse shit and then topped of in some cowshit.

Super is a pretty good converter.

umm all my gopro footage slides right into my Final Cut Pro 7 or X wich i got from ^^^^
Goes into imovie aswell but i dislike it alot.

mpeg Stream Clip. its free so you don't need to torrent anything and it works great for what you want to do. there are a lot of formats to convert to also.

The newer version of movie maker lets you put your go pro videos right in without converting them.
