How to i get the grips off of my Line poles

Hold a hair dryer up to the grip, flip them upside down when they're warm all the way through and stand on the strap. pull up. they should come off, if not - boil a pot of water on the stove and dip the grips in the water for a minute at a time and repeat the yank on them step. don't heat them up too much that it ruins the grip, but this process works nice

yeah- i know what poles you are talking about. there is adhesive under them that keeps em on there, you use heat to get that adhesive to loosen up. doesn't take much. good luck.
