I use the search bar cutter. Works really well if you know how to use it.

google will bring up a list of every sticker cutter, don't be an asshole. if someone asks about skis do you tell them to google "skis"?

Same. Cheap (well if 400 is cheap) and easy to use with corel draw.

mine costed upwards of $6000, but everyone knows Roland makes awesome cutters for a variety of price ranges.

I agree with this, the best way to cut it out is by hand. Looks so good if you do it right.
