Export T2I footage in FCP?

Just got my t2i and I was wondering whats the best way to export 1080p video from FCP to vimeo?

best way that i know of would be to export the footage from fcp uncompressed, then take it into compressor and use the codec specs that vimeo gives on their site for uploading in the highest quality, then when you upload to vimeo it should be a snap. this vid shows a pretty good workflow and it works for dslrs as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TtXN5iKyH0&feature=channel_video_title
