You most defiently have to go to Whistler over Hood. Whistler is sooo much fun (partying/bars) even if you dont ski.

never been to hood...whistler about 10 times or so. whistler camps are a rip off to be honest...you want to ski, but they tack on a lot of other stuff and you have to find airfare. that and in july it all goes to hell. going w/o a camp you can't get on before noon. anything is better than whistler's public park...but yeah i still love it there either way

Well, im only 18 so let's not worry about the bar scene, and im not planning on going to a camp cause they are way to expensive,
What i want to compare is skiing, and lift ticket prices, no lodging (im planning on sleeping in my car)

Skiing is life, and without life, no one would be here. So everyone owes something to skiing.

In my opinion i would go hood, even though i love whistler and have a house there. When i was up there a couple weeks ago i heard the lifty saying there were going to be no tables in the public 'summer' park, because whistler doesn't want to have to regulate the park with park passes like they did this year in the winter.
Given whistler is probably more fun after a day of skiing with all the bars and all the other stuff to do up there.

The summer park hasn't opened yet, it opens on blackcomb in a couple weeks i think. The park that was just on whistler was teh spring park, not the regular winter or summer park.

And the thing about the no tables in the summer park was told to me by the lifty, he was not too happy about it either.

I live right by hood and I think you should go to whistler, cause hood isn't nearly as fun. Partying there is half the damn experience. The skiings like 20 times better in whistler too. I'm goin up in july and can't fuckin wait!
Hi, will you help me find my lost puppy? I think he went into this cheap motel room across the street.

WHistler closes june 9.
Blackcomb opens june 10.
DOn't worry about drinking age!
Whistler in the summer is the bomb. haven't tried hood, public parks are alright.
Potch coc, so many campers there they don't know who's who.
... but whatever the leaders of our sport are crack addicts so who knows whats gonna happen.'

Whistler does have great night life which is sweet. Blackcomb glacier is still tons of fun, but if you are looking for the better public park, hoods probably the way to go, given, i'm gonig to whistler in a couple weeks.
