Swedish High Jumper

Anyone else see this guy, I think his name was Stephan Holm. But he was 5'11 and cleared 7'8 1/4 to win gold. It was pretty damn amazing to see someone relativley short jump that high.

wow. that is impressive. i saw them jumping 7'8', but then i had to come to work.

yeah that was so fucking great that he won, I have never seen anyone more dedicated to his sport. for four years he had been going up exactly ten in the morning, eating always the exact same perfectly balanced diet, not drinking a drop of alcohol, and even avoiding public areas to avoid getting a flu or something. He said like if he dont win, everything was for no use, even a silver would suck or something like that. so Im glad he won, otherwise he would probably commit suicide.

Holy shit he won... I watched him do the 3rd attempt on 7'8 and he made it, I would of never thought he would of won though, that black guy from America I thought was going to win, but more props to him and his dedication...

That guy is amazing... sweden actually has a very strong track team. The high jumper, the triple jumper Christian Olson, hes crazy as well. Also the woman won the heptathalon... she was scary. Go Sweden!
