Learn rodeo 5 first. Instead of pushing your hips straight forward like in a backflip thrust them out more to one side, pretty much half way between backflip and lincoln. Bring your knees up to your chest and that should set the flip, when you spot your landing pretty much get your feet under you and point them in the right direction. If you are having trouble try learning lincoln 180 first then after that focus on thrusting your hips.
set just like a rodeo 5, but once you have your feet above your head just wrap it around. I can't really think of any other way of explaining it. It's actually a super easy trick as you can see the whole thing come around unlike a normal 720.
