I got accepted at Penn and Cornell, couldn't afford to/didn't really want to go to either of them.

as someone who grew up in an area surrounded by colleges and universities i'm going to put it to you this way... there are a ton of affordable schools that will give you a better education than an ivy league.

education isn't the issue here. you can get a better education quicker by getting a job than by going to school. getting a job is the issue, and the best jobs come through the networking you get done at ivy's.

on that note, I'm shooting for either Wharton or HBS before I hit 30.

eh coulda been a mistake....anyone coming out of an ivy with solid grades has the possibility of getting a really good job. My friend out of wharton is making 150,000 first year out of college

Me and one of my homies had one of our friends die, do we took his ashes and put them in a pot and grew a Marijuana plant. We decided to smoke it before we took the ACT and our dead homie helped us out and we got perfect scores. Then we got accepted to Harvard.

Yep. Didn't you read the "can't afford it" bit? Plus the skiing is better. And my GPA and outside experience are solid enough to get into med/vet school no matter where I go undergrad.

MSU = best college to ski at.. hands down might as well do that while your 18-24
plus they have good academics
