In my opinion i would suggest something maybe a little wider. Cause in experience the wider ski rides better all around. of course our bodies are completely different i'm 6' 160lbs male, and i got the black and orange blends from a couple years ago. and i liked them much better in the park and still do as their my skinniest ski. the only complaint i had was the weight but they were a solid wood core. So i would suggest getting something maybe 95mm under foot but thats up to you. And they also ride much better all around. for example i can slice through the choppiest and hardest snow at the end of a PACKED day like butter with my blends. so just my opinion.
but if you really want to stick with the celebrities i would do the 158's cause that little extra length will give you more control everywhere, except super tight racing turns, which i don't think you'll be doing. but on faster runs, powder, and even charging i definantly think it will help. Some might think that extra tip length will bounce around more on the snow if your not large enough. But in my opinion and not being able to stand face to face with you i feel that would be the best way to go with those skis.
