and i only take the 22 out with me if im in the bad part of a town... and the 357. thats for camping or really sketchy areas. i hope i never have to use them on a human. but i am glad that i have the privilege and the respect to carry one.

that pistol you have is sick op.. my buddy got one and then one for his GF in pink. learn to use it respect ithe power. and never ever gloat about it.. be honest with cops when you get pulled over .cause they get scared when it flashes up that you have a CHL. and its a fuckass when you try to go into canada.. they freak out so hard.


oh and inb4 shitstorm over hand guns and guns in general.

Honestly who cares. I wouldn't necessarily carry one but if I was in a sketchy situation and somebody is near me carrying a gun ill be stoked.

I have been in a couple extremely sketchy situations where someone has a loaded gun. The last thing I want is for another person with a gun to be up in their face. That's how people die.

i wasnt advocating carrying a gun, using it on someone, or "putting yourself in sketchy situations"

just wondering if anyone else on NS had one.

you dont go looking for trouble, but with the world we live in and how many dishonest people there are out there, i never want to be in a position where someone is threatening me or my family and i have nothing to defend myself with.

Fair enough :)

I'm just biased I guess. I know kids who own guns (illegally, of course) and use them for gang violence and such, not for safety or valid purposes. I know two kids who have been killed, and I feel very strongly that guns shouldn't be in our society.

But, I'm glad that you use your gun responsibly.
