Women's Skiing.

Disclaimer: Rest assured, this is not another thread comparing women's skiing to men's. Women's skiing will always be behind men's. Always.

That said, women have to take their accomplishments for what they are. This past year there seemed to be (arguably) a lot of skiers (both men & women) discontent with the progression of women's skiing. So I am curious, what would you all like to see from girls this next season? In all aspects of the sport, from competition to film segments, park to big mountain, etc.

This, actually. I would like to see women look truly confident skiing. I see too many who look really tentative. With confidence comes style, and style makes even the simplest trick fun to watch. Brogan has proven that. Women may never go as big or do as much crazy shit, but if they do it with style, it will matter a whole lot less.

I know there is a growing female dub club so unat or switch dubs would be sweet. Also somebody with a similar style to B&E would be refreshing for female skiing.

Brogan has proven only that a guy who rides away from semi-decent tricks in a horribly ugly fashion can be ludicoursly polarizing. I would far rather see girls sending a double other than a kang, or a cheeky KOS that can compare to any decent edit that has been dropped in the last two years

Agreed, B dog is my hero is if comes to style, I really like it. Megan Gunning(check out her NZ edit its SICK style) is doing a pretty job at being steezy, and Ashley too.

This. Women's skiing just reminds me of a bunch of kids skiing - sure they might be able to throw some pretty decent tricks, but it just doesn't quite look clean enough, and the execution just doesn't match what the male pros are doing. Of course it'd be unreasonable to expect women to be throwing dub 12s at the moment, but it certainly isn't unreasonable to expect them to be able to throw clean, styley 5s...
