r00kieKind of considering buying a second car. My old Forester drives pretty good but has a ton of miles on it and only gets maybe 20mpg. Does great on snow though, gets me pretty far into the woods, and carries as large of things that I need to move around. Buying another dirt cheap car that's small and gets into the 40s on gas could pay off in the long run.
DilldoesMiata is always the answer.

MichiganCatFartLarge quantities of market place ads will fill your messenger tonight. Your welcome, I will support your possibly poor future dicision.

armchair_skierGood luck finding a reasonably priced MX5 that isn’t already molested
jimbobsWant to hit Mountain Creek bike park, but did that last summer and shattered my collarbone. Work wasn't stoked and I don't want to put myself in that position again. Also the time before that at Creek, I separated the other shoulder.
What do y'all think, third time's the charm or just rip local trails for the next month?
r00kieHad a work vehicle blow a transmission on me. It was only a manner of time with a fleet of Chevy vans.
WoFlowzYou’d think the lifters would be gone by then
Dilldoes4L60E/65E go boom before the lifters tick.
r00kieYeah, 10k seems to be the minimum. At that price I need it to be my only car and a Miata will not do for that.
SendyMcSendyfaceJust get a dual sport. That was my original plan, but the drivers are so bad where I live, I'm not about to get on a fucking bike with them.
r00kieYeah same. Not trying to smoked by an angry Boise dad road raging his rv up hwy 55.
DeebieSkeebiesCan I be honest? Utah was better when everyone thought we were weirdo Mormons and you fucking kooks stayed out.

RparrI haven't been to utah since 2016 and the impression I get lately is that it is significantly more blown out even in just those last 6 years. I can only imagine the crowds on a good day mid winter
SchizoSkierI NEED A TOXIC BLONDE GIRL WITH ABS AND A DUMPY!!!!!!!!! THAT WOULD FIX ALL MY PROBLEMS
Profahoben_212honestly, this is just everywhere it seems. Tahoe has been blown out for a while, but now reno is well on its way. SLC is blown out, Bozeman is well on its way to being blown out, front range got blown out 15 years ago (actually probs more, can't believe its 2022 already). Bend is blown....Etc Etc. Big cities in mountain towns draw a lot of attention.
Im trying to find a place to move and start a career/life after I have more experience in my job, and it is 100% a bitch. Moving back to South Dakota and taking 4-5 trips to steamboat a year is looking more and more appetizing sadly. If you had asked me if I would move back 2+ years ago I would have laughed.
Jacksparrowjust chugged a rockstar, I feel on top of the world

BradFiAusNzCoCaI moved to Utah in 2011 and moved out within 3 months lol
PeppermillRenoI think its awesome that so many people are living in ski towns and making it work. Sorry to jaded NSers other people like the same shit as you.
I like living in a big city and my career which is very major city oriented but taking 2-3 dope fly to ski trips per year is my #1 hobby and I get enough days in. We just need more ski resort expansion with added lifts and terrain. Demand is increasing supply simply can't stay the same.
maaatttWas it red flavor
JacksparrowNope, just original
maaatttI've only ever seen one person drink original before and it was one of the dudes who put a new carpet into the childhood home 20 years ago
DeebieSkeebiesConcert plans for 2022? Hit me with em. So far for me it's The Melvins in July, Amyl & The Sniffers in October, TURNSTILE, and King Buffalo w/ Blackwater Holylight.
S.J.WYooo, Amyl and the sniffers are fucking sick. Enjoy doggie

ski_salmon69I’m gonna try to go sometime this summer, when were you thinking of going? I’d rip a couple laps with ya if you’re there.
Titus69I’m so tempted to walk off the job right now and go home, sadly I gotta get my check physically tomorrow. Manager is the biggest scumbag I’ve ever met, got an angry customer paying us a lot for good work and wants it done today and my boss is just joking around and literally calling him gay boy to his face thinking it’s ok. If you’re in PC and apply to a landscape job don’t work for High Country it’s fucked up.
