im sorry, but yes. I would recommend you stop doing this asap. It will get worse and worse and its absolutely horrendous on your liver and kidneys. I know this from a very similar personal experience.

spot on. i'd find it hard to draw the line between getting really smashed occasionally and being an alcoholic though.
