so my normal day goes a little like this:
I wake up at about 6:30 am, super fucking tired and feel like dying
sleep on bus, get to work at 9:00am and feel still super tired but able to do work
near about 2:00 pm I start feeling like shit again
at 5:00 pm I want to die again out of tiredness
I get home and I just want to go to bed right away
Then at about 8:00 pm I suddenly have a shit ton of energy.
It's 12:30 am right now and I can't fall asleep. This has been going on for a while now, anyone know how I can fix it? thanks
