I cant sleep. help

so my normal day goes a little like this:

I wake up at about 6:30 am, super fucking tired and feel like dying

sleep on bus, get to work at 9:00am and feel still super tired but able to do work

near about 2:00 pm I start feeling like shit again

at 5:00 pm I want to die again out of tiredness

I get home and I just want to go to bed right away

Then at about 8:00 pm I suddenly have a shit ton of energy.



It's 12:30 am right now and I can't fall asleep. This has been going on for a while now, anyone know how I can fix it? thanks

Go to sleep at 5 when you actually feel tired and at least sleep for a little while. Sounds like your sleep pattern is just messed up and that will help you start to catch up. The timing is fucked up or something. It happens to me too occasionally.

I think I might start doing that starting tomorrow. For now I'll try and sleep I guess but I usually lay motionless for 2 hours. Ive tried some hypnotising shit off of youtube but it didnt work at all

I always get like that, yesterday i stayed up for 45 hours from having the flu then at about 2 hours before bed i had some jd and some roor tokes and managed to sleep until 6 this morning, cut down trees all day half asleep and now I'm wide awake again. fuck time just sleep when you want.

I've had this for all of May. Almost the exact same pattern. For me though it was from the PKs I was on for my surgeries. I just did work when I was up. Had to do something productive. That way when I did pass out, I didn't have to worry so much about my work. Once I got off the Pks, I slowly got back on my schedule.

It could be something your eating, drinking, etc. For example, if I drink coffee after 5pm I'm screwed and will be up till 3am. Yet I can do energy drinks and sleep like a baby. The human body is quite interesting.
