Spam thing not working

the spam bot 2300 or what ever is not working. (thanks for pointing that our captain obvious)

But whenever I go to post in the forums my reply post's 3-5 times and well how do I fix this?

i think they just got rid of it and made it so double and triple posting just doesnt happen. or it's still here and they just dont display a message about it
