making shirts

how is the best way to go about it? ive made a bucn using... shit i dont know what its called. i put the design on this paper and heat and pressure stuck it on the shirt. is this the best way? im thinkin about having a few that are stenciled, would spray paint stay on the shirt?

spray paint works but you gotta put something on the other side so it doesnt bleed throough.

you can also get fabric spraypaint as well. Iv used the iron on stuff and it works pretty well, but you have to be really careful not to burn the shirt. And to make sure that when you wash it you dont let it sit in the washer because if you do the ink bleads out.

the shirts cafe press makes are pretty decent. Mine faded a little but not enough for it to matter.

when you use spray paint people can tell its not a real shirt. How do you make a shirt so it looks like you bought it.
