next time you're drinking, just down a glass of water between every few beers/shots whatever, youll thank yourself in the morning. good luck remembering to do that tho

the trick is to drink a shit ton of water before you go to bed. and i mean heaps. keep a drink bottle by your bed too. it doesn't matter if you get up to piss 5 times during the night. the point is that if you wake up hydrated then you won't feel like shit.

if that fails then drink soda water. sugar will make you feel like crap, especially if it was part of the night to begin with. sugary mixed drinks, sweet shots and even beer (yes it has natural sugar in it) will all make you feel like crap. soda water is savoury...it helps in the morning.

never been so hungover in my life. had one bite of a hamburger at like 1130 and immediately threw it up. then smoked a bowl, felt a little better, so i had some fries. thought i was in the clear until i just threw up the fries... this sucks

aspirin is not the greatest idea... neither is any painkiller really.

sports drinks are good. a balanced meal is good. caffeine seems to be the golden bullet to me. that and .9 saline IV.... haha

make friends with a paramedic or nurse or something. .9 will change your life.

The cure to hangovers is not to get a hangover, duh.

Lulz, but really. The one time I tried to cure a hangover with a bloody mary I ran straight to the bathroom and puked, after one sip. Felt phenomenal afterward though. Hahaha. I go for advil, coffee and sparkling water. I tend to not be able to eat anything for several hours of waking up. For some reason it makes me sicker.

listen, its pay to play, meaning deal with the hangover the natural way, by rehydrating etc. dont take any painkiller. it may not do anything dangerous, but they all have side effects that are super shitty when combined with drinking.
