hey guys so I'm a seasoned park snowboarder and I've been convinced by my skier friends that I should start skiing park ( i grew up just riding skiis for fun but never park) and I have quite a lot of money already saved up so tell me
1) best ski
2) binding
3) boot( I've been told full tilt hot doggers or something like that?)
I'm about 6' and 155 with a size 12 shoe....so if you guys can help me with the above and what size to get I would appreciate and ++k
Thanks guys ns is the bomb

I think i saw someone selling 2010 volkl walls with markers for 200 and they were ridden by dadali in eye trip. They were 177s. Also the best boot is definatly hot doggers. bindings r probobly marker griffens. But a sick ski is the armada halo or volkl wall. personally i had walls and loved them till they snapped

Best boot is whatever fits your fit dumbass. Griffon's suck ass. Best binding is either FKS or STH driver.

griffons arent that bad, everyone just jumps on the hate train. ive had zero problems with mine, and they're a solid binding if you're a lighter rider.

This. I'm 165 lbs and have had Griffon's for 3 years and haven't really had any problems with them; a handful of pre-releases but what are you going to do. People always say how they pull out of the ski (cough cough Kangbang) but that's the shop drilling them imperfectly not the binding itself. Didn't come to this thread to really be any help but stop hating on Griffon's if you're under 150 lbs. End rant.

If you're new to skiing, I would go woth the Line Masterminds or Afterbangs. I'm a big fan of thier skis and both of those are good beginner-intermediate park skis. The Mastermind has a bit softer flex, making it a bit more forgiving and a better beginner park ski. As for bindings, even though alot of people are hating on them, i would go with the Marker Griffons. When chosing boots, its really your choice. The best thing to do is go to a ski shop and have the boot properly fitted by on of thier staff. Full Tilt's are great boots, but they are pretty advanced(and expensive). Hope this helps.

1) Boots that actually fit, they should feel if anything too tight to start off with and then they'll pack out, I size down 3 sizes from my shoe to put it in persepective. Try on as many as posssible, see a good bootfitter and spend most of your dosh on this.
2) Ski wise its preference but get a longer ski as your 6ft, get the longest size available in whatever you can get. My personal recommendation would be Anthems if your gonna do straight park, or try and get something that can do all-mountain. Better skier you are the better your gonna be at park.
3)Bindings are mostly preference again, the better ones last longer and work better but are more expensive. They all work its just really reliability and consistency.
