Alright so today is March 23rd Beginning Sunday March 27th I will eat only vegetable and dink only juice and water.

Place your guesses for A. How long I make it before eating meat, or that I will make it all the way
and B. How much weight I will lose.


You can also decide to join and then it can be a comparison!

basically my diet right now anyway haha. I cant really losy any more weight either, I have like dangerousely low bodyfat now haha.

then im guessing around 7 pounds, and a few weeks. it necessary to cut meat from your diet too lose weight though. main thing is absolutely NO junk food and like one soda a week.

Well, then your diet is pretty much pointless. You aren't staying true to the diet if you're eating eggs. And how long are you doing it for? And you can lose weight if you are eating meat, just avoid high fat meats such as beef and pork.

dude 19% body fat is healthy, no real reason to go lower than that, just work out more if you want tone.

your half right. 19% is healthy, but too tone up you need too lose weight. working out isnt going too add tone, unless you have a low enough bf% too show it. I, being the newfound fitness freak i am, average around 6-7% at any point and time. 5% if I plan on going to the beach or something soon.


Essential fat...........2-5%
Athletes.................6-13%
Fitness...................14-17%
Acceptable.............18-25%
Obese....................25%+

I only eat meats - steaks, chicken, but mostly steak - so I shall not partake. Seems like a waste of days to eat only veggies.

if your goal is to lose weight, you should try a low calorie high cardio routine. cardio will trim you up a lot more than just simply cutting meat from your diet.

I appreciate the dieting tips but this isn't a diet for weight loss. I just want to test my will power by sticking to a pretty dramatic diet change. I know I will lose weight so I figured why not make a game out of it. But ya I know the proper way to lose weight.
