Moment Bibby's Story....

I know we're not moment. And have no affiliation with them. but To tell you the truth. This is the sickest thing i've ever noticed. Moment is an awesome company with roots in my home town. I'm always at their factory chilling. I noticed this about 2 months ago. thought i would share....

The bibby pro's graphic tells the story of Jack and Jill. its really awesome....

The first Bibby Shows jack and Jill running away from a castle escaping a monster.(sorry for bad photo)

Second year this is the graphic they started out with...

But changed it to this.... You can see jack and Jill Rowing away from a monster of the sea

This year's bibby, shows the boat destroyed and The monster dead. Jack is carrying Jill in the water

Next year's bibbys are a little crazy and not sure if they continue the story. but i've hear rumors that Jack is hanging from a tree in there

Next years bibby continues on with the story. Jack is in the forest at that point and meets a bear where a fight ensues. The graphic is the Jack meeting the bear, you would need a high res or the ski to see it.

haha, nice! thanks for the pic, hoped somebody would post it, honestly the story on these skis is currently the only reason I actually have for thinking moment is cool (not that there couldn't be other reasons, just don't know much about them)

so to recap;

Jack and Jill running from the castle monster

The monster is destroyed, but unfortunately this caused the loss of the boat and sadly Jill is dead

I'm interpreting this as Jack being stalked by the bear through the woods and Jack evading the bear

Jack has killed the bear and Jill's spirit is released. Jack is surviving in the woods (likely with Jill's help). The crow foreshadows the next segment of the story

Well that and bibby's are an amazing all mountain pow ski. Perfect flex, super light, ridiculous pop, never get deflected or tip flap, and they float like a dream!

WHAT??!!? how did i miss this thread?? so awesome. i always wondered what the hell those 2 people were paddling that boat for on my skis! thought it was the Loch Ness Monster!

A quick skip in the story happens here, where it's presumed that Jack fights and defeats the Wendingo. Jack and Jill now find themselves on a path to a mysterious house floating in a sky populated by flowing skulls and faces.

THis is interesting.
Had a pair of bibby's 1st year by the looks of it, loved them. snapped one in half, no fault of the ski, blatant misuse on my part. Called moment and they sent me a new set for cost (3rd year). excellent customer service by the way.
I still have my bibby's and they are my go to ski. Excellent for the resort, Great for not dick deep days (or dick deep) in the back country, great on booters, Just a great all around ski.

For 17/18, I'm not sure there is a skip in the story - it looks like the wendigo is drowning (the horn sticking out of the water is the same as 16/17). Jill watches it drown with a concerned look on her face, and Jack looks onward to the floating house.

Best graphics ever.
