How do you 450 off?!?!

how do you grip a rail/box so hard that you can 450 off? just tell me ALL of the steps. it would really help... a lot.

i always thought it was much harder than it actually is..

just set an edge and spin, try it off a higher rail. if you can 270 off a normal flatbar, chances are you can 4 off a slightly higher one.

the first time i did a 450 off i over rotated a 270 off. just throw a 270 a little harder next time!

which edge? do i set my lead ski edge on the toeside of the rail to spin to the left?

If you can get a solid grip with your front ski, front 4s are much easier for me. Go for those first.

So we are talking pretzl,

Approach the lip just life you would regularly, lock onto the rail and look at the end of it, you should always look at the end of the feature,then drop your center of gravity for the pop, next scissor(for pretzls), at this point you should have your left hand wound up at your right hip(for spinning 4 off counter clock), then when youre ready to engage spinspring your knees and keep looking at the rail all the way until youve spun 270, (your should lift your knees off the pop also) then when you come around spot for your landing. and stomp.

i drop the heel of my lead foot so that my inside lead foot edge is set.

uprail will help. or anything that has fairly bigger drop off the end. and then just look at the end of the rail scissor when you are approaching the end of the railand kepp your head turning.

really? i always thought that you drop your lead foot toe to spin to your LEFT. aka COUNTER CLOCKWISE.

if you have a high enough rail you probly wont even have to grip it that well. just go get a bunch of snow and soften a landing and huck it.

to frontside regular. dig your right heal in and spin right. to backside blind drop your right toe and spin left

One thing to remember for blind is to have a bit extra weight on your back foot that'll help you get it around easier and for just reg just really dig in your edge and even use your arms to spin out

1. dip the heel of your front ski. and set it hard
2. pop (at the end), bring ur front ski up so it doesnt catch the rail/ box.
3. throw ur body harder than a front 2 out
4. act like ur doing a really quick rigth side 3 so keep looking for ur landing then stare at it.
5. profit?
