So for the last few days the bottom part of my shins and some times my ankles have been extremly sore making me limp on the walk home. i do every thing i can to make my shins feel better but the next day it just hurts again. i've been skiing park all day, every day and have the right skis to do such.
my question is where is this pain coming from? leaning backwards, ruff landings, the boots fault, etc.
pls help me out with this problem because it is quickly preventing me from skiing. k+ for any help
