Definitely invisible, I feel like there would be endless possibilities of what you could do. Whereas reading minds you can..well read peoples minds. Of course you could do some things cool based on what you learned I suppose.

that whole "if you couldnt turn it off you'd go crazy" argument is invalid because it applies to both cases. lets say you're invisible and you cant ever turn it off, you'll never be able to have any sort of communication with anyone ever again, you would get depressed and eventually kill yourself

eh,

invisibility would be awesome for a few reasons-

easy to steal things
creep on people (girls[naked girls{above 18 obvi}])
sneak around
you could basically get on a plane without anyone noticing,

a crucial part in this tho, will my close turn invisible? will whatever im holding turn invisible?


BUT


reading minds
easy to make legit money via poker bets, etc
get with girls via knowing what they want
read minds during tests, etc


a flaw would be going crazy from this tho, think about processing someone's brain while maintaining your own state of mind
