Doesn't happen often, but when it does, you usually don't notice until you are changing. That was always my biggest fear in high school gym class, going into the locker room and not realizing that a lil someone is peeking out the front door. That would probably kill me.

I have one boxer where the button in front is broken, so yeah, it sometimes falls out, but only when I'm not wearing pants. Not uncomfy though.
