Whats a good pet for an apartment (that allows no cats/dogs or alligators)

only animals that can be caged and shit I guess.

It seems I can have small furry things, and fish and other shit like that.


What options are there? no dogs. no cats. no wild creatures. ive already asked about unicorns and vultures and shit and they said no.

I keep thinking....hamster.......but then again sometimes I run out of hot dogs and I do drink a bit at times...............

i can have a small caged animal and shit

im honestly thinking of going all out on this coral reef shit. chicks love coral reef setups. and then to compensate for my lack of companionship in life i will get maybe a hamster or hedgehog or something?

Im being for real here guys. Like my ass is in the petstore on my next day off taking an animal home so that he may be free and frolic around my apartment.

but my dog is at home with my parents and this means im here....by myself. i can train this thing to be a guard or security hamster

then i would go with a hamster or feret, they're both furry,cute,and actually pretty fun to own. also with hamsters you can just give them a wheel and..Bang you got yourself a fit hamster.

A ferret, fucking tight as hell. And if you take care of them they don't smell, and you get this water supplement that is cheap. They are awesome, funny pets.

those will make your room smell so gross after a while

just get a beta fish or a big tank with tropical fish in it. furry creatures will become a pain in the ass to take care of in a few weeks/months

The smell is usually caused by stress and bad/cramped living conditions. Or because there is a rival male nearby.
If they're kept correctly, the smell is fine. And any smell there is, you get used to it and stop smelling it after about a minute.

coral reefs are reallly hard to maintain and cost lots of money since you need to maintain specific pH and salt content levels. I got a big freshwater fish tank since they are a lot easier than saltwater tanks, but Id probably get a hamster if I could.

word, aquariums are ill, saltwater for a first tank is probably a no-go :(

and big freshwater tanks would be the easiest for a first timer....

but still i stay with my first suggestion of a profanity proficient parrot !

I think I am going to get a hamster But they only live 2-3 years?

Chichila's are pretty costly I think and I don't want to make a huge investment in to this furball.

Hedgehog actually kind of sounds cool. So does an owl

Ferret is totallllly ruled out no matter what tho.

My hamster is going to have the best house too. Im going to build him a mansion of tubes and wheels and shit.

yes a hedgehog, i used to have one and it was awomse, excpet for when it would get scared and prick me with its spike things, but def a hedgehog they are so fun

I was gonna say this. They are so ill, once they establish their home and owner they won't leave. they can climb on anything and I don't think they smell too bad. Plus they are so damn cute.
