I would say get bacons. I've heard that blends don't really excell in one area and are kinda ehh. Bacons have nice flex and the early rise this year is tits. Polard uses them in the park, fresh pow, crud, so they are definitely versatile.
love my bacons in the park, lots of fun and lots of float in the deep stuff - the best all-mountain ski I've used. Mine are 08/09 though so they don't have the early rise but I have only heard good things about this year's model.
Only had one day on my bacons so far, but they were alot better on hardpack than O thought they would be though. I could probably ski park on them just fine, but I didn't try it out.
They were great in the pow as well.
Pretty much the best all-mountain skis ever.
RIP Shane McConkey, and CR Johnson.
You will forever be missed.
