I felt the same way but jossi is a good skier and taking ideas from Max is the best you could do, he is one of the most innovative skiers right now.

I gotta say the tail mannies on the atomic punx look pretty wimpy compared to the afterbangs, not really worth doing on "stiff" skis if you ask me.

Jossi used to imitate Hornbeck a couple years ago, we all know he's the hipster of skiing. Not gonna hate him for it.

Ski gabber is worse than NSG. Tight pants=\= max hill wannabee. I mean I wasn't their, but he probably didn't see max hill and say," wow I'm gonna copy this guy." sometimes people have similar interests and dress and act accordingly . This is why 98% of you look exactly the same(and tight pants dudes are the trendy ones....). And yes it is possible for interests to change. Hence Going from baggy to tight , hip hop to folk etc. In conclusion, this thread=huge dildos. Stop caring

Again I don't have a clue what edit your talking about, and I watch a fair amount of ski edits, so I really doubt Jossi has seen it either.

Also those tricks he did on that ledge seem pretty standard? Guys, if you do a blind swap or a front swap your copying max hill style.

Someone does every trick first. Just because you do a trick you saw someone else do doesn't make you a trend whore. Inspiration always comes from somewhere, skateboarders have been manualling between tricks for what at, least a decade (some of them in tight pants!) does that make Max Hill a trendwhore?
I imagine that Jossi saw the Max Hill edit and though 'that looks fun'. That's what tends to make me learn new stuff.

I am in no doubt that Jossi copied Max, but I don't see the problem with trying to do do new tricks, If I were as good as Jossi, I'd be fucking hyped on the new inspiration cos he must be getting a touch bored with spin on spin off rail tricks.

As for the pants, Maybe everyone should get their own style, Jossi clearly is a hipster, he actually admits to being interested in fashion, its his style. I refuse to believe that pretty much anyone on here would wear such baggy clothes if it wasn't for copying pro skiers.

I would love to see more people try new things and expressing them selves and doing what they want, not what they are told is cool by the majority influenced by a handful of trend setters.

The Casg sundays edits features some of the illest skiing there is and I have nothing against seeing more skiing like that and getting a guy like Jossi inspired to do those tricks should only be considered as a compliment to Max Hill/Casg.

You retarded? The casg edit clearly says JACK BORLAND also who the fuck cares. There are really only 3 styles in the ski world these days: the max hill/ jossi tight pants leather jacket. The medium kinda Twall Thall and then The thugged out Bdog Edollo and the tricks that each do accordingly.

Really? I mean yes it was pretty much a copy but it's not always a bad thing to bring another persons tricks/style in your own especially when you're taking it from Max Hill. But this isn't really a huge change for Jossi, he's been wearing tight pants and doing those shifties for awhile now. Let it be what is it and don't get hung up on bullshit like this.

so similar tricks and similar locations make you a trendwhore? because I'm pretty sure shit tons of pro skiiers look similar, do similar tricks, have similar styles, and hit similar if not the same urbans...

but because it's one or two of the only tight pants wearing ones they get called out? what about every hood-rat gangster steeze skiier out there doing the same type of shit on the same features in parks and urbans everywhere? why are we not calling them out? oh yeah, because it's skiing and everyone progresses and builds off of whats already thereee thats right.

Not to mention max hills overall persona as a skiier is completley different than jossi. did you not see how overproduced and super clean jossi's edit was? and how grungy and dirty the casg edits are? I don't think jossi is trying to copy max hills style because a big part of style is how you present yourself. Jossi is clearly much more mainstream, he is trying to progress and no doubt trying new things and that is what max hill does as well, only he does it better so your mad? What about everyone who copies b-dog and henrik's style? or gilberti or john ware? I've seen tons of kids and pros doing more and more shit like they do on rails and urban hits but they're not catching any heat? I think your argument is too flawed to remain valid. Nice try though. jesus chris this is stupid. while we're at it, jossi is pushing park skiing in like 5 different directions and is fucking great at all of them. when he's healthy, he's a threat to win any slope comp, any pipe comp, or any big air comp. he's been the first guy to do a bunch of crazy ass tricks on jumps and in the pipe. and while his ankles hurt and he can't go big, he does nasty ass edits like this, max hill similarities or no max hill similarities. jossi is a fukcing beast.
