Help with grabbing a 540

i can grab japan, mute, and safety for a 360, but i can never seem to get the grab for the 540. Any suggestions or advice?

just throw it a little harder. grab and when you get around 3, just wrap it around to a 5

Maybe try it on a bigger jump so you're not throwing the spin as hard?
