Burning DVD's

what do you have to do to burn DVD's and is it possible to download DVD's?

if you crack the encryption on a dvd then yes you can burn from one to another.

You can do it, but it's not easy. If you are wanting to get into it, buy a DVD burner if you can ($300-$600 though) and read up on the internet about it. I know some people who do it, they rent a movie, and copy it, so they have pretty much every movie that Block buster has. It's pretty cool, and if you know what your doing it turns out just like the actualy DVD, you can't tell the diference at all. But just like everything, practice makes perfect.

lord pint you don't need to crack anything to copy dvds...you just do a full bit by bit copy. it doesn't care if its copy protected or not w/the right software b/c then it'll just copy 1's and 0's.

nero5 works REALLY well to burn DVDs. You can download movies on KaZaa, then encode them and burn them to DVD.


Me: 'How come every time we talk, the subject of my mum using drugs comes up?'
James: 'It doesn't.'
Me: 'It does though.'
James: 'Yeah, it really does.'
(Ten minutes later.)
James: 'Ha! Your mum on drugs!!!'

DVD Rip, then an appropriate dvd burner. If you are making dvd movies off of your minidv cam, I would suggest using a MAC with the new superdrive. Mac's are the best way to encode to mpeg4.
