never heard of those skis but the px12s are awesome. i have them on my k2 seths with the rubber riser plate on them which helps them to grip the ski a bit and some people reckon it provides a bit of padding too. the binding itself is bulletproof. theres a reason the look heel design hasnt changed in 30 years....it doesnt need to. the fewer moving pieces there are the less likely it is to break.
as a general rule you can put any binding on any ski (as long as its not a super wide binding on a mogul ski, for example). if you need new brakes you can easily get wider or more narrow brakes for the px12s from a ski shop. they might even just swap it over
